

A 1950s Polish work jacket, remade by Poszetka in hemp. Worn with a denim shirt, striped tie and high-waisted grey trousers.
The original reference is workwear, but very little of that context remains. The hemp gives the jacket a dry, almost tailored surface, while the trousers and tie pull it further away from its utilitarian origins. Even the denim shirt sits somewhere between workwear and Ivy.



I like clothes that retain traces of what they once were without requiring you to dress around that history. The reference remains. The context changes.
